Couldnt create art surface???? Empty Couldnt create art surface????

When I open the game(NTSD II and NTSD 2.4) and I put Start say after a moment "Couldn't create art surface", then only give the option accept and after this close... I download the game again and say the same.

@Elmo, I update but nothing happen...
@Alucard I re-download but say the same.

The strange thing about this is that worked fine yesterday, I even had a fight with Alucard and nothing strange happen.

its because of 2 reasons:

1. The sprites are missing (due to extraction/downloading problems)
2. Your computer is a little old,,

go to directx settings and turn off its acceleration for gpu. it might help.

But can do things by 'doing' them(we'll have to redo if we are going to repeat the same act at the moment but downloading the game and re-extracting is diff). Anyways, I'm afraid but the solution has been figured out and this is not the right place for our cute chit-chat.
