[Help] the Art Surface problem

as you can see in the title

i was supposed to play NTSD II But the problem is here:

then i looked at the sprite/sys folder then the message.bmp file is there

i tried to re-extract and re-download it

still doesn't work T_T

anyone can help me???

is your computer old? tell me its specs.. it can happen if your computers memory is not sufficient.

Yeah i know the RAM stinks as hell

but i forgot to tell you that i reformatted the computer

but b4 i format the comp i played NTSD II with no problem

but when i do the reformat this error came -.-

could be this things

you should update your graphics card and install direct x

install microsoft visual c++

Already Installed C++

and another thing

i just installed LF2

And it works i still don't know why NTSD II didnt work -.-
