You'll need the following to make LF2 work:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3387
Make sure to run the game in Compatibility Mode just in case.
Right click on .exe file > Properties > Compatibility Tab > Check "Run this program...." > Select either XP, Vista or WIN7.
Check and see.
