Eg, you could use sasuke's AJ twice, then wait 20 sec and use it again?

That 20 seconds rule existed to avoid spam .
Let me give a clear example . You are Gaara .
You use D^A , D^A , then use D>A to avoid spam and immediately use D^A , D^A and again DvJ and followed by
D^A , D^A then DvA and continue the pattern of 2 D^A followed by 1 jutsu and then carry it on .

To avoid that thebiggestboss had added the 20 seconds gap rule in bounty games and I remember it correctly as well .

The 20 seconds gap is ofc of real clock as real clock 20 seconds can be counted by both the players and its same for both the players . Its like a Standard Unit .



So , Alucard isn't making up any rule . I remember it existed and I am sure LJ or Nakato probably remember that rule especially Nakato since he always used to tell me u over use Gaara's D^A without any 20 seconds gap .
Moreover when I had defeated Nave in bounty he had made an issue of this rule saying u never waited for 20 second and all . So , I remember that rule existed .

If the game lags a lot (like 1 sec in game means 5 sec in real life) You can use same jutsu over and over again with 4 sec cooldown?

Why are we making this game more complicated than it is?
No, "the rule" is not valid if game lags much.
And moreover, there rules are more directional rules than "the holy laws"

If two members (who happen to be brothers, nepotism) want to make a rule, they cant decide it like that and then add that to official rules.

Does anyone really use strategies like this? Really? Its fine if you use jutsu x twice, then y->z->b and then use x again. Of course there is a flaws, but you don't have to abuse them. Some characters doesnt have that much jutsues (eg. kiba, 5 different) and they are forced to broke this "rule" if they don't want to run around and spend some quality time.


Btw, I tell everyone that I just lost to ankit brothers, some times vs cobra (like 4-7 or something) and then 5-2 to ankit.
They are abusing this 20 sec rule, and its kind of ruin the fun from this game.
And if you are counting, and your opponent "breaks" this "rule", The opponent can just say that: "I counted to 20, its fine." After this, its your word against the opponent's word. So its impossible to make it fair by real time clock. Lf2 clock is also useless, since you can only see the clock after game.

In lightning, we don't use sharingan in matches, its really op when game lags, we don't spam and if someone accidently spams or use sharingan, its not that big deal.
We don't play for victory, we play for fun.

Moreover, this is a simply, broken game (because of need of these rules).

If this "rule" is stays for now one, I will use only one jutsu in games. I'll use it twice, then run around for x seconds and then do it again. It really makes the game more balanced (are more fun).

By the way, If you are using russian lobby version, there is a bug. The only item that drops from sky is following shuriken, and if the game takes more that 2min, there is ~6 following shurikens in the ground and you can easily just run and throw them. "Do not use following shurikens more than 3 times (preferably less), since its just a bug which breaks the game even more.)
I suggest that some respected member (with grey name) will make official rules thread so it can't be changed secretly.

2. You lost 5-2 , so wut ? Its just a game no big deal .You play for fun and not victory right ?
3.I am not making this rule , it did exist . Secondly during our 7 games I never said anything regarding 20 seconds gap . I never said you broke any rule did I ? So , why did you write 'THEY' abuse the 20 seconds rule ?

4. Grey users mostly don't play so it has to be sorted out by other colored users .

The fun disappeares if your opponent plays cheap.
Atleast cobra abused that rule.
Grey users don't have more authority than 12 year old boy. They don't change them by whim.

You know that it is impossible to synchronize real time to random lag game.
I'm also surprised that you didn't understand this problem.
Of course insane lag makes the counting impossible.

I'll try to explain it -a lot- simplier way.
When you charge chakra when you play alone, it takes ~4 seconds to get full chakra.
When the game lags, it can take... 10-20 secs.
The time passes, even when you lag.
So is it possible to use same amount of jutsues in 20 (lag) seconds than in 80 normal seconds?
Also, there is a change that the lag changes, so its suddenly x5 and then x7 etc.
The answer is no.
So the rule is invalid.
If you count to 20, the game only moves same amount that you use for charging chakra.

And to be honest, I have no problem with lag. I just don't like it when people use lag to get advance.

I suggest remove 20 seconds rule immediately and make a topic to see what majority have to say regatding 20 seconds rule . Make a poll and if majority accept re add it or else just forget it .
