I have my reasons for not doing that, but I won't say them due to the fact I'm not playing. I'll explain after this round is finished.

Since Nakato was the only accused left, I'll skip the voting phase again.

/Story mode on/

When Crimson entered the courtroom, the shock on Nakato's face was clearly visible.
"Crimson...I-I heard you were dead. What happened?"
"It was Thel who saved me." Crimson said, calmly "He saved my life and then you murdered me. You're gonna pay."
"You've got nothing on me!" Nakato sat back and laughed. "I'm a citizen. I have rights."
"Rights?" It was now Crimson who laughed "You want rights? What about all the people you and your buddies killed? What about their rights?"
"It doesn't matter what you believe or not believe. You need proof. Presumption of innocence, I believe they call it. I want a lawyer."
"Sorry, bro. DoM!n's dead, and I don't think anyone here will represent you."
Crimson turned to the other people in the room.
"Gentlemen, today I'm going to prove to you that the accused here, Nakato, is one of the Mafia that has plagued the town for years now. He and his accomplices murdered several people. He is right, however. He is persumed innocent until proved otherwise." Crimson looked at Nakato, still sitting in his chair and grinning. "He believes he has covered his tracks, but..." He opened his briefcase and pulled out a bloody knife "he didn't."
"What is this?" Nakato asked, his voice shaking "This isn't mine."
"Mind explaining what was it doing in your cabin?"
"My cab...WHAT? You searched my appartment? Based on what? Probable cause? YOU DON'T HAVE PROBABLE CAUSE, EVERYTHING YOU DO HAVE IS YOUR ASSUMPTIONS, CRIMSON!!"
"Not anymore. We have material evidence." Crimson waved the knife in front of an angry Nakato.
"IT'S ILLEGAL!! YOU SEARCHED MY APPARTMENT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, OR PROBABLE CAUSE! I demand this evidence be excluded from my trial, based on an illegal search of my cabin. This charade is now over." Nakato stood up.
"Sit down." Crimson commanded, his voice cold as ice. "You're not going anywhere."
"This is insane. THIS IS MADNESS!! I HAVE -"
"Rights, yes. You keep using these fancy words, like rights and probable cause and exclusion and illegal search and blah blah blah. I don't care about any of this. I only care about the truth."
Nakato remained silent.
"Look around you, Nakato" Crimson continued "There are only us on this ship. No one else. There is no due process here. You were accused by the majority, and you will now be executed. As simple as that."
Nakato didn't say a word. He remained quiet even after two citizens grabbed him and took him to the room at the back.

The lucky run for citizens isn't over yet. The odds are on their side. There are still three Mafia left, however, Agent Smith and the Godfather included. Will those three turn the tables into the criminals' favour or will the citizens finally succed?
All will be clear in the near future.

I love how, when Nakato is mafia, he just openly says that and everyone is like "this guy must be trolling, leave him be".
Well. Next target, Miatsu.

Hm. Finding Godfather might be tricky, since he appears as a citizen. :/

Can't actually believe I was so lucky as to strike two mafia at once.
Dear other sheriff, we now know you are a newbie sheriff, every person, who appeared as a citizen to you is a mafia - please use that knowlegde in the next rounds. And don't check the same person I said I'm checking. Please work on finding the rest.
Dear vigilante, it's up to you to either kill Miatsu, or not. Since he'll be killed anyway, it's not like time's pressing us, but maybe he is an agent smith or godfather (so killing him earlier of is better). That's all. I'll try to convey my message of who I will check this night somehow. C ya fellow citizens and good luck!

Crimson stayed in his cabin on the third night. Another Mafia has fallen and he feared their retaliation. I'm next. I'm sure of it. But not tonight. I still have work to do. Crimson lied on his bed, thinking about his next move.
After some time, he heard knocking on the door of the adjacent cabin.
"Yes, what is it?" It was analzooro's voice.
"It's the policeman" the other voice said. "Open up. I have a warrant for your arrest."
"What the...I didn't do anything! Go away."
"Open the door sir, or I'll use force."
"Screw you. I'm going back to sleep."
Crimson could hear the policeman kick the door open. analzooro started shouting insults, and then the voices slowly faded away.
I hope the policeman was right. I may stay alive tonight after all.

Minutes became hours. Crimson still couldn't sleep. Suddenly, he thought he heard noises outside his cabin. He peeked through the spy hole on the door to inspect, but all he saw was something silver. What the- The last thing he heard was a quiet bang, and then darkness.

A mafia soldier removed the silver silenced gun from the spy hole and smiled. Their main nemesis was finally dead.

Day 3
Crimson, the citizen's de facto leader, is dead. His work though, lives on. After carefully searching Crimson's cabin for any clues their late fellow might have left them, they found a document.

As this night (night 3) I am most probably going to be killed by the mafia (the assassin failed the previous night and they visibly want me dead, well, I did put them into quite a fix afterall) I am writing my last will, hoping that my thoughts may somehow help you in deducing the rest of the mafia.

As we are now, three mafia members are left, with one of them being known - Miatsu. I hope that the vigilante has done good work of him. I have also checked Wiza, who appears to be a citizen (meaning he can be a citizen, but also he can be a godfather, so beware).At the beginning of day 3 you should have 2 mafia (Miatsu dies) and 8 citizens (I die). The Vigilante will be useless, since he's used up his bullet (he might as well reveal himself and say something). Also the other sheriff should start using his brain - if he checked someone who appeared to him as a citizen, then he's a mafia. Ofc there is the issue of the godfather - if I understand the rules correctly, he is someone who appears as mafia to the newbie sheriff and as a citizen to the real one (so If Wiza appears as a mafia to the newbie sheriff, then he should be a godfather). Unfortunately, with my death, we can't check any other people through a sheriff cooperation, so it remains that you'll have to guess, who the godfather is.

Here's a summary of day 1 and 2, maybe this will help those of you who are not bothered to read through the 10 pages of text once again.

Day1

sasuke accuses A, thel accuses stun (he was random, so his accusation don't count much), Lars accuses A (just like sasuke), Itachi.Byakuya also accuses A, Bourne also accuses A, Axer accuses Itachi.Byakuya, Anal accuses Lars after my message, Axer changes to lars, Miatsu accuses lars, sasuke changes to lars, stun accuses lars, Wiza accuses lars, A accuses lars, Bourne changes to lars.

summary: Sasuke, Lars, Itachi.Byakuya and Wiza accused A. Anal, Axer, Miatsu (mafia), sasuke, stun, wiza, A and Bourne change or accuse Lars after I tell everybody of LG's message.
Miatsu tried to play along and joined in the lynching of lars.

Day2

Axer accuses sasuke (the same as the previous night), Miatsu accuses A, A accuses sasuke, Wiza accuses A, Bourne also A, Sasuke accuses stun (WTF? Stun is supposedly a spy, so why?)
Wiza in his potential mafia list included nakato (so I somehow believe him to be
Stun spouted some random crap about accusing Sata (?)
Bourne agrees with Nakato about being quiet as mafia.
Wiza assumes Stun and Axer are mafia.
A changes accusation to Sasuke
After I talk about my checks
Stun, Axer (as one of the first), Wiza, A, Sasuke, Bourne change accusation to Nakato.

Summary:
Miatsu did not join in in accusing Nakato. Sasuke randomly accuses Stun. Miatsu accuses A (so A most probably is a citizen).
Wiza, Bourne also accuse A (the second time again, seems suspicious). Itachi.Byakuya did not participate in this days accusations. Wiza and Bourne later on change their accusation to Nakato. Miatsu does not. Sasuke also changes to Nakato. A also does. Anks, Sata, Anal, Itachi did not participate (might have missed someone out).

I dunno, if I lived any longer I'd check Bourne next.

sasuke is mafia. Either that or noone ever read my "citizen's list" - the poeple that mafias wanted to kill.
Also we know that miatsu is 100% mafia, but I am thinking over Wiza who might be the godfather. In crimson's last will, I see his accusations and everytime he goes with A who was the mafias first lynching target (but just because he was randomly chosen in day1 by citizens).
Maybe the best thing to do is, we lynch miatsy since we know he is mafia and our vigilante can do some work over this night!
